Am not 100% sure as some of it is over my head, but i thought yes you are correct but not all features of the new api are supported by the current cards. Nvidia has an issue with dx12, amd looks a better fit and benefits the most, I'm interested to see what the new cards run like. Demos are fine but real world games benchmarks are what i want to see, will have to wait :) Am not interested in the price as I'm expecting them to be expensive. :(

Am also happy to see nvidia is also moving to HBM memory for their cards, amd must have been on the right track to implement this. A move in the right direction :)

They haven't done that in a while (BF2142) in this series, and that's kinda what all the other first-person shooters have been doing for the last several years. If it does go this route, I'll probably skip it. Hopefully I'm wrong.

Yeah, you wrong. :D

I can see myself moving off BF4 in October.

Oh and i see new dx12 video cards will be coming out around June, i might even look at going back to a single card as on paper they some like a serious performance bump.

This will be the shit Mushy and they are looking like they will be realistically priced

I got 2 x GTX780's at the mo, would really love one of those cards but don't want to be bent over the desk to get one. I think i''ll wait till the multi fan coolers on them show up & when the prices settle down. No doubt you will be getting a coupe of em with your tax cheque this year?? :)

I am alive. Just a lot of work and stuff. Noone told me that owning a house was gonna be both expensive and a lot of hard work...

The little gaming I do at the moment is the Division. It's a fun pastime until the next Battlefield is out. I'll be back playing BF for BF5, I promise. I won't miss out on WW1-era airplane duels.
